Operating tables
utilize Nano Coating technology, which provides antibacterial effect by
preventing the accumulation and growth of blood and body fluids on the table
surface, ease of cleaning, and increased corrosion resistance.
The head and foot sections can be angled to varying
degrees depending on the nature of the operation and are easy to attach and
detach.
Thanks to its ability to slide horizontally in a range
of 300 mm, the fluoroscopy device allows for wide-area imaging without
disrupting the sterile environment.
High-quality image acquisition is possible thanks to
the top plate made of compact material with high X-ray transmittance.
The T-base feature contributes to operational success
by allowing the surgical team and equipment to approach the table at an optimal
level.
It can store six different surgical positions in
memory, allowing for quick recall when needed.
The rechargeable battery system guarantees thirty full movements, allowing for table positioning in case of a power outage.
Material Properties
Polyurethane mat on compact laminate with high X-ray permeability.
Surface protection manufactured using nanotechnology.
Antibacterial, waterproof and body fluid-resistant cushion.
316 Grade Stainless Steel Column Structure
316 Grade Stainless Steel Base
Quality
316 stainless steel consists of 16% chromium and 10% nickel. It also contains 2% molybdenum. One of the most important properties of 316 grade stainless steel is the extra corrosion resistance provided by molybdenum. It also has resistance to high temperatures.
316 grade stainless steel has a low carbon content. It exhibits superior performance in terms of weldability, thus providing ease of use and time savings. 316 stainless steels, which have extremely high pitting corrosion resistance, become even more resistant to high temperatures with the addition of Mo.
316 Grade Stainless Steel raw materials are frequently used in the columns and bases of operating tables due to their corrosion resistance, high heat resistance, and minimal rusting rate.
